Our Hotel from A to Z

In order to provide you with useful informations about our services and Frankfurt before your arrival, we have listed them here. If you have any questions, please contact our reception.

Allergy rooms are available.

The rooms are available for you from 15.00. If you arrive after 11 pm, please contact reception on the day of arrival. As we are not manned by a night porter every night, we can then provide you with your key in the check-in machine.

The nearest ATM is located about 150 meters from the hotel.

You find it 400 m from the hotel.

Please find our vending machine with cold beverages in the lobby.

Breakfast possible: Monday to Saturday from 06.30 am until 10.00 am, Sunday from 07.00 am until 10.30 am (for the current rates please contact the reception).

Check-out is at 11:00 am.

We accept all major credit cards.

In case of emergency, please contact the reception (extension: 900).

We cannot guarantee check-in before 3 pm. If rooms are already available, we are happy to allow it. You can leave your luggage with us in advance.

With the Frankfurt Card you also get a 20% discount on the entrance fee to the Rebstockbad, Titus Therme and Brentanobad. You will find saunas in the Rebstockbad and in the Titus Therme. The Titus Therme also offers a fitness center.

Wi-Fi is free of charge on the entire hotel area. In the lobby you will also find a computer that allows you to surf for free.

Late check out until 01.00 pm: possible (for the current rates please contact the reception). Longer only on availability and after agreement with the front desk.

Please contact the front desk for a laundry bag to obtain. Dry-cleaning: about 24 hours. Laundry service: about 12 hours.

You can reach the trade fair in about 15 minutes by subway and S-Bahn. Go to the subway station “Zoo” in front of our building and take the subway U6 or U7 in the direction of “Hausen” or “Heerstraße”. You can get tickets at the turquoise ticket machine in the station. Go to the next station “Konstablerwache” and get on an S-Bahn line S 3, S 4, S 5 or S 6. These lines will take you directly to the exhibition center.

Reservations are not possible. We cannot guarantee parking spaces. There are 20 parking spaces available in our inner courtyard (14€ / night). Due to technical possibilities, we can only allocate parking spaces if they are free at the time of arrival.

Dogs are allowed on request. Please contact our reception for a reservation. We charge a fee of 15,-€ / night per dog.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. In case of violation of the smoking ban, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (please contact the reception for the current prices).
